1. All Purchases Are Final & Non-Refundable

• All tuition fees and purchases made for MOYA curriculums, masterclasses, or consulting engagements are final and non-refundable.
• Once course credentials, proprietary frameworks, Discord access, or session recordings have been dispatched, no refund requests can be entertained under any circumstances.

2. Operational Rationale

Due to the specialized nature of high-level digital curriculums and direct access to proprietary YouTube automation assets:

• Intellectual property and channel architecture systems are instantly consumable upon access delivery.
• Curriculum assets cannot be “returned” once downloaded or viewed.
• This clear policy prevents abusive intellectual property piracy and preserves fair treatment for dedicated participants.

3. Due Diligence Before Enrolling

We urge prospective students and partners to exercise thorough due diligence prior to enrollment:

• Review all curriculum modules and syllabus specifications carefully
• Attend the preliminary live masterclass or review case studies to align expectations
• Submit any pre-purchase technical inquiries to our advisory team before completing checkout

4. Non-Eligible Conditions

Refunds will not be issued under scenarios including, but not limited to:

• Personal change of mind or schedule availability conflicts
• Lack of consistent personal effort or failure to implement channel systems
• Disappointment resulting from unrealistic overnight revenue expectations
• Failure to attend scheduled live cohort sessions
