Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, training programs, proprietary tools, frameworks, and masterclasses provided through MOYA Academy (Mechanism of YouTube Automation) (“the Service”, “Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision, you must discontinue platform use immediately.
1. Permitted Use of the Platform
MOYA Academy delivers educational training, algorithmic channel architecture, and production frameworks related to YouTube automation and digital media creation. You agree to utilize the platform strictly for lawful purposes and comply with all applicable platform rules and intellectual property laws.
2. Enrollments, Access & Billing
Access to programs, workshops, and 1-on-1 advisory is delivered following confirmed payment through authorized payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe). Upon successful transaction clearance, onboarding credentials and access instructions are provided. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless explicitly specified in our Refund Policy.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All curriculums, video masterclasses, algorithmic blueprints, thumbnail frameworks, internal Notion docs, code scripts, and strategic systems are the exclusive intellectual property of MOYA Academy and Savan Matariya. Students receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to apply frameworks to their own channels. Reselling, sub-licensing, sharing logins, copying, or distributing course materials is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate legal action.
4. User Accounts & Integrity
You agree to supply authentic, accurate, and complete information during registration. Sharing account access, login credentials, or membership links with third parties is a material breach of contract that triggers immediate account termination without refund.
5. Code of Conduct
You agree not to:
- Engage in unauthorized screen recording, extraction, or redistribution of proprietary video content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise platform infrastructure
- Misuse community forums or advisory channels for spam, harassment, or unethical commercial solicitation
6. Educational Nature & Earnings Disclaimer
MOYA Academy delivers educational frameworks and strategy based on real-world channel engineering experience. We do not guarantee specific income figures, YouTube algorithm placements, monetization approvals, or view counts. Channel growth depends entirely upon market niche dynamics, audience retention, execution quality, and individual persistence.
7. Limitation of Liability
MOYA Academy, its founders, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential commercial damages resulting from business decisions executed using our training or advice.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Patna, Bihar, India.
9. Policy Modifications
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at our discretion. Any revisions become operative once published on this page.
